Stuffed!

Last night I thought that I was feeding an army and made enough taco's to do just that!  I'd seen a few other ideas for stuffing biscuits, so I thought, why not biscuit tacos? 

I flattened each of the biscuits (there were only 5) and placed them in the muffin tin, being sure to leave a spot for the taco filling.  Filled w/ meat and topped with cheese.  Below is the final product.  Bean also got a special treat in her lunch all the way from Poland, Krowki (ka-roof-key).  It's milk fudge candy that's a staple in Poland.  We still had some leftover from our trip there in May so I was able in include it.
