Manic Monday....
Monday mornings are horrible in my house. I always seem to have a grumpy tween pouting about going to school. Hopefully her bento will bring a smile to her face at lunch. I woke up a little early and baked some stuffed biscuits. Additional I made something that I don't normally have time for (which is a bonus for Bean). I made sernik (polish cheesecake)! It didn't turn out the same as you find over there, but was delicious none the less.
